Powers of Attorney & Health Care Proxies

GBLS Senior Attorney Yvette Golay provided critical advice at the June 3 session of the Age Strong Commission's Death and Dying series, including, " 'I think the most helpful resources are looking into powers of attorney for finances as well as health care proxies. With both of those documents, you're appointing someone that you trust to make decisions about your finances and your medical care and health care decisions.' "
